Our Return & Exchange Promise

Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.
Package your items securely and ship to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for items until they reach us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality of our sustainable fashion collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sleepwear – For health and safety reasons, all sleepwear items are final sale
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items received more than 15 days ago
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
