Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
Your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 days after shipment.
Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 days after shipment.
Please note: We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect sustainable fashion piece is essential to building your mindful wardrobe. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality of our sustainable fashion collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sleepwear – For health and safety reasons, all sleepwear items are final sale
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage, or products without original tags or packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
